At Easy Elegance Living, all our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works for your order.

Order Processing

• Each product is produced once your order is placed.
• Processing times vary by item and typically range from 2–9 business days before shipping.
• You will receive a confirmation email after checkout and another with tracking information once your order ships.

Production Partners

Easy Elegance Living works with fulfillment centers across the globe – including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, the Netherlands, Germany, and additional European locations.

Depending on the product and the nearest available facility, your order may ship domestically or internationally. International fulfillment may result in longer delivery times. Tracking is provided for all orders.

GENERAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

GENERAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO OUTSIDE USA)

We currently ship to:

Average delivery time: 7–15 business days after fulfillment (see specific times below).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, if applicable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected by Easy Elegance Living.

Sherpa Throw Blankets (Fleece)

• USA: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.
• International: 10–30 business days after fulfillment

• USA: 10–13 business days after fulfillment

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, weight, and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are made to order, items within the same order may ship separately.

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Issues, Missing, or Delayed Orders

• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
• If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the local postal carrier first using your tracking number, then reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
