Will I get tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do items in my order ship together?
Not always. Since products may be made in different facilities, items in the same order can ship separately. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Returns & Quality
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund defective items.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because each product is made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (like wrong color or size). Please double-check your details before ordering.
Will the colors look like they do online?
We do our best to show accurate colors, but keep in mind that colors can look different depending on your screen. Factors like brightness settings, screen protectors, or viewing on a phone versus a desktop may make shades appear lighter, darker, or slightly different. Small variations are normal with printing, but your item will be produced to match the design as closely as possible.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, reach out to us. We’ll track it down or arrange a replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through our secure checkout powered by Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted and encrypted payment gateway. We never store your full card details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected for orders shipped within Florida. The state rate is 6%, with an additional 1% for Palm Beach County. The exact amount will appear during checkout if it applies to your order.
