It’s our way of saying thank you for joining our customer loyalty program.
3. Share the Elegance with Friends
Refer a friend and you’ll earn 250 points when they make their first purchase.
Your friend gets 100 points ($5 value) on their first order too.
4. Redeem Your Points Anytime
Every 100 points = $5 off.
Use as many points as you’ve earned — no $5 or $10 cap.
Points apply to product prices (taxes and shipping are not covered).
5. Keep Your Rewards Active
Points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them.
We’ll send you a reminder email 30 days before they expire.
Examples:
- Spend $80 → earn 80 points ($4 value).
- Sign up → earn 100 points ($5 value).

If you used points, they’ll be returned to your account. If you earned points from the order, those points may be adjusted.
How do I see my balance?
Log into your account and check the “My Rewards” tab anytime.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after being earned. We’ll remind you before they expire.
Can I use points on sale items?
Yes, but points are earned only on the final amount paid.
