Register For The Elegance Crew Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Easy Elegance Living Affiliate Program (“Program”), also known as The Elegance Crew Affiliate. By applying and participating, you agree to the terms below. We may update these terms at any time, and continued participation means you accept any changes.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident.
• One account per person or legal entity. No automated or bot registrations.
• Manual approval is required. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.

2. Commissions & Payouts

• Standard commission: 15% of product subtotal only - shipping, taxes, discounts, and fees are excluded.
• Tracking: commissions are paid only on orders tracked by our affiliate system via your special link.
• Reversals: refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent orders may be voided or reversed.
• Payout schedule: payments are processed once per month, around the 15th.
• 30-day hold: only commissions at least 30 days old are eligible for payout; newer commissions roll to the next cycle.
• Minimum payout: $50. Balances under $50 roll forward until the threshold is met.
• Method: payouts are made via PayPal only to the email in your affiliate profile.
• Accuracy: you are responsible for maintaining an accurate PayPal email. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect or outdated PayPal address.
• Fees: you are responsible for any PayPal transaction fees or deductions taken by PayPal or your financial institution.

3. Self-Referrals & Personal Orders

• No self-referrals: you may not earn commissions on your own purchases or those placed by an account you control.
• You may use our Rewards Program for personal orders instead of affiliate commissions.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Use only the links, banners, and assets provided in your dashboard.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with Easy Elegance Living or imply sponsorship beyond being an affiliate.
• Prohibited: spam, cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, trademark bidding on Easy Elegance terms, or misleading claims.
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws and disclosure rules (for example, FTC endorsement guidelines).

5. Customer Relationship

Customers who purchase through your links are Easy Elegance Living customers. Our store policies, pricing, and customer service terms apply.

6. Term, Suspension, Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or misuse. Upon termination, remove all Program links and assets. Earned but unpaid commissions that are valid and over the threshold will be paid in the next cycle; invalid or reversed commissions will not be paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, images, and brand assets remain the property of Easy Elegance Living. You receive a limited, revocable license to use assets solely to promote our products under these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the total commissions actually paid to you under this Program.

9. Governing Law & Site Policies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Participation in this Program is also subject to the site-wide Easy Elegance Living Terms & Conditions Policy. If there is any conflict between that policy and these Affiliate Terms, these Affiliate Terms control for affiliate matters only.
