• Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has begun.

• Shipping availability may vary by product and by fulfillment partner. Some items are produced in international facilities, which may result in longer delivery timelines.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Easy Elegance Living.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
• Returns or replacements are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
• To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review your request and provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving your photos and order details.
• If approved, instructions for return will be provided. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
