For customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, and other supported international locations:
We cannot refund or replace items refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or VAT.
Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.
